FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Cancellations prior to 2 weeks before start date of session will incurr a $50.00 fee. Cancellations 2 weeks or less will incurr a $100.00 fee. No show/no call results in cancellation fee of full tuition amount.

WHAT DOES EACH CAMPER RECEIVE?

Each camper will receive a T-Shirt and have the opportunity to buy other Mercer Soccer merchandise.

DO CAMPERS NEED TO BRING A SNACK AND/OR LUNCH?

Yes, Full Day Camper's will have a break for snack/lunch, but are required to bring their own. BRSC will have coolers available for use. We provides lunch for Elite Campers. All meals are provided for Residential Campers.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CHILD IS INJURED OR SICK DURING CAMP?

A qualified athletic trainer will be on duty for the duration of all camps to care for minor injuries and illness. Parents or guardians will be contacted immediately if there is a serious injury or a child needs to leave camp early for a medical reason. Please make a notation on the health form if there is any medical condition we should be aware of in advance of the camper’s attendance. Our athletic trainer will be available for questions on the first day of each camp and throughout the week.

IF IT RAINS, WILL CAMP BE CANCELLED?

No, the camps will not be cancelled. Please bring indoor shoes in case of inclement weather. Refunds are NOT issued for inclement weather.


 


MY CHILD IS A GOALKEEPER. WILL YOU HAVE GOALKEEPER COACHES FOR HIS OR HER SPECIALIZED TRAINING?

Yes, specialized goalkeeper training will be conducted during each camp week by our excellent goalkeeping staff. For the first two sessions of each day, the field players are trained together and the goalkeepers are taken aside and trained as a group.
